Fintech Partnership Manager oversee the strategic direction for FinTech Partners in support of Vast Bank’s goals. The FinTech Partnership Manager will assist management in evaluating new FinTech opportunities, developing product launch strategies, and service opportunities for new Banking as a Product. Additionally, This role requires close partnership and collaboration with Executive Stakeholders, Business Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts.• Own and understand targets at all levels; to include managing the team’s strategies and ability to analyze trends/ results to achieve goals and positive outcomes.• Develop, deploy, and champion various campaigns to increase market share and help grow the Fintech Business for the overall success of the Bank and Partnerships.• Develop presentations for C-suite and Board Members to review products and services, general financial and other topics that fit the needs of the Bank.• Understanding the needs of our partners and sales teams, and how best to tailor programs to help them succeed.• Run the day-to-day operation of the partner program and help enable a smooth end-to-end partner experience.• Assist with partner onboarding, contracting, and initial enablement plans• Create processes, set best practices, and build replicable patterns for global and regional go-to-market initiatives.• Standardize reporting to understand how partners successfully move through the program with the awareness that we always want to optimize the process.o Monitor, manage, and report on key partner program initiatives and metrics.• Creation and development for partner experience to gain maximum productivity from partners.• Liaison with programs leadership on developing, managing, and analyzing the results of new initiatives. • Maintain and enhance Partner Program specific documentation such as Partner Program Guides and lead activities such as the tiered partner program.
