Territory Sales Manager
CurrentPresent, communicate and sell store-owners and their installer customers on the NAPA Sales, Marketing, and Training programs.Achieve territory sales quota and provide training to store employees on the proper implementation and utilization of NAPA programs.Work in an advisor and business partner role with store owners and build long-term relationshipsPrepare stores to manage effective inventory levelsCreate a roadmap for all store activities including moves, store revamps, modernizations, open houses, etc.Engage store personnel in training on utilization of NAPA programs and operational procedures of distribution centersStrive to meet territory quotas and contribute to the achievement of distribution center quotasImplements the NAPA inventory effectiveness program.Assists store-owner and employees in fully utilizing point of sale and inventory planning systems.
