I have been fortunate enough to be asked to join the Shearer's team. In doing so I am once again working with colleagues and executives from my Sara Lee and Frito Lay days. We are one of the largest producers of private label, control brand salty snacks, as well as contract manufacturing within this category. At Shearer's we pride ourself in the partnerships we have with some of the largest retailers in the country. Our quality coupled with our insights into category management make us much more than a manufacturer. We truly take a branded approach to the private label and contract manufacturing arena. Currently I have responsibility for everything West of Chicago and Dallas.

After 18 very rewarding years I have decided to leave corporate America and start my own business. I have been fortunate to have worked, and learned, from the very best in the CPG industry; EJ Gallo, Frito Lay, Sara Lee and United States Bakery. These organizations have given me extensive knowledge of DSD Operations, logistics, manufacturing and afforded me the opportunity to call on nearly every major retailer in the U.S. My model is to consult and broker mid tier to small tier manufacturers. There are a ton of fantastic producers out there that don't have a voice or understand the workings of grocery - especially in the age of grocer consolidation. The size of an organization should not preclude one from realizing the American dream. I hope to build this organization with companies who share my passion for the industry and making their dreams a reality. This is my dream, and one I hope to pass down to my daughters someday.
