While employed as a designer, I set up procedures for implementing Solidworks in the facility. This included creating drawing templates and drawing standards. Understanding of ASME, SAE and European standards was required. After 5 months I was tasked with working as an inside sales associate and application engineer for Solidworks as well as assist engineering as needed. While in the sales department I developed a training program for the department and worked closely with new hires for 3-4 weeks. During my time there I learned the details of designing and printing on 3d wax, SLA, SLS, Markforged and metals machines. I was routinely tasked with reviewing customer files to verify printing capability. After a year I was tasked with learning how to set up metal builds on the 3 metal printers in house. I was tasked with design work on new projects for metal builds that included commercial suppressors and multiple components for military and commercial aircraft.

While employed as a designer of mixing equipment, I coordinated with sales and mechanical engineers to design and release industrial agitators. The process required coordinating with customers and vendors through phone, email and personal contact during the entire design and build process. When required, I answer questions that may come up during the build and provide assistance to shop ensuring a high quality product gets built. The complexity of the products ranged from simple low cost agitators to systems that had prices above $1,000,000. The process was accomplished using SolidWorks, AutoCAD and Teamcenter. Understanding of ASME, SAE and European standards is required. As the new employee trainer, I developed the training program for the department and work closely with new hires for 4-6 weeks.

Prepare simple to complex tax returns for individuals and small businesses. Interview clients to obtain additional information on taxable income and deductible expenses and allowances. Review financial records such as income statements and documentation of expenditures in order to determine forms needed to prepare tax returns. Consult tax law handbooks or bulletins in order to determine procedures for preparation of atypical returns. Check data input or verify totals on forms prepared by others to detect errors in arithmetic, data entry, or procedures. Assist clients in working with the IRS to resolve tax related issues, to include researching tax law, talking with IRS agents, and reviewing information given by clients and IRS

Engineer and design water treatment equipment. Attend kick-off meetings with sales, design calculations with mechanical engineers, read process and instrumentation drawings to design equipment. Speaking with customer and vendors through phone, email and personal contact during entire design and build process. Provide percentage of completion and financial of job for management. Assist shop personnel during build process to ensure all aspects of equipment are located properly and answer questions that may come up during the build. Sign off on equipment before shipping to customer.

Produce drawings from solid models. Rework solid models for updated machines per costumer request. Assist engineers in designing new models to solve costumer problems. Prepare drawings to be sent out in DXF format to outside vendors for laser and water jet.

Perform reserve center security duties to include overseeing more than 30 personnel. Oversee entire reserve center urinalysis testing. Assist in Career Counselor duties to include interviewing incoming and outgoing service members.

Compare new frames to Autocad drawings as they arrive from venders. Address and fix problems with frames that may occur during production. Assist in developing and ordering new frame designs. Work 1 on 1 with frame vendors to ensure quality frames.

Operated a 20-ton tractor trailer for over 3000 miles transporting equipment and supplies. Built Iraqi forces base camp with over 50 buildings. Manned a 60 cal on a MTVR for a tactical movement team.

Work with electrical and mechanical engineers to draft electrical and HVAC systems for commercial buildings. Redraw architectural drawings that are not compatible with AutoCad. Draw and design lighting and power layouts for commercial buildings including working with excel to import spreadsheets into drawings. Prepare final drawings for submittal to plan review.

Supervised 30 trainees while performing many duties. Conducted physical training every morning for 90 trainees. Performed intake day processing. Tutored trainees in math to prepare them for GED testing.Damage Controlman

In charge of 6 personnel for a period of 1 1/2 years, handling maintenance aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt. Worked as the ships Fire Marshals right hand man. Gave firefighting training to over 2,000 personnel on board the ship. Also tested those and other personnel on shipboard firefighting.
