My Faith in God's plan for mine and my families lives has led me to the position of Senior Business Analyst for Emergency Management at Allina Health. A large healthcare organization serving a significant area of the metro as well as outstate MN stretching into western WI. My primary role is to maximize and systemize the Allina Health Mass Notification tools by partnering with other Business Analysts and Allina Health Leaders to help improve and automate systems, while meeting the needs of the end-users. I enjoy the opportunity to use my skills, knowledge, and expertise to improve and grow Allina's Emergency Notification program and platforms,Also as an Allina Health Emergency Management team member, and with my training in ICS including Type 3 IMT (O305) as well as my Emergency Response experience, I have been added as a member of the MN-All Hazard Response Team. I am proud to support emergency response wherever I am needed, like when I was a part of the State Healthcare Coordination Center overseeing PPE and Respiratory Device logistics for the State of MN COVID response.I am excited to be working for such a strong reputable system, and I look at this role as an opportunity to help protect our staff, patients, and visitors. By protecting staff, I feel like I'm protecting the healing hands of Jesus. I look forward to the continued opportunities my role at Allina Health brings.
