As part of the federated management of the system, I also train and coach administrators throughout the organisation.Over my time in this team, my manager has coached me to develop a system thinking mindset which I apply when working with a range of system teams to maintain data quality and problem solving.I had an opportunity to spend a year leading the team. Using agile workflow techniques to successfully navigate a peak period, I was seen as an effective collaborator, and I feel I have a relatable leadership style. My work in this team has led to my interest in data analytics and how best to work with disparate systems to unlock meaning and present accurate, clear insights. Show less

Training covered consumer and residential tenancy legislation a well as client management and "Wiki" systems.I Implemented a research approach to training to build confidence in participants to source information on the "Wiki" system.
