As the Associate Director of Compliance (ADC) – Licensure & Accreditation at Intellectual Point, I play a pivotal role in supporting our organization’s growth and ensuring regulatory compliance. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Compliance, Accreditation, and Professional Services, my responsibilities include overseeing state licensure programs, assisting with accreditation processes, and supporting compliance duties and policy development.Key Responsibilities:Records Management: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date faculty and licensure records.Confidentiality & Security: Safeguard the confidentiality and security of records, adhering to privacy laws and institutional policies.Regulatory Monitoring: Stay informed about and implement regulatory requirements related to state and federal compliance and accreditation.Client Services: Serve as the primary contact for student complaints and compliance questions.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance service delivery within the compliance department.Professional Development: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements.About Intellectual Point:Intellectual Point is a Woman-Owned, Minority-Owned Small Business founded in 1980, specializing in IT training, consulting, and workforce development.
