As VP of Business Operations of the Vancouver Warriors, I’ve merged vast global leadership experience with a passion for business development and a lifelong connection to sports. As a coach with enthusiasm for identifying and developing talent, I approach everything I do with a data-driven and human-centric mindset that drives sales, boosts marketing returns, forges strong partnerships, and builds winning teams. Like all good coaches, I’m all about building connections that enable a strong understanding of individual strengths and skills. For me, that starts with positioning motivated people where they can excel and working with them to develop into highly collaborative and aligned teams. As with any good coaching model, goal-setting and collaboration play a key part of the gameplan— I work closely with my team to set and exceed ambitious goals that are supported by creative strategies and detailed planning. As a senior leader at Ossur for 17 years through its exponential expansion into the world’s second largest non-invasive orthopedic company, and as CEO of Elevate in its early-stage, rapid growth phase, I led and collaborated with teams that created industry-changing solutions, driven by comprehensive marketing strategies and directed by data-first business operations. In my free time, you’ll find me coaching soccer and lacrosse working with the next generation of athletes, innovators, and leaders. While my title on the field and the floor is technically 'Coach', I often find that I’m the one learning from the resilience, excitement, and willingness the kids bring each week! I hold my Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, BC. Additionally, I attained the UCLA Anderson Executive Management Certificate in Medical Marketing and the Finance for Non-Finance Executives Certificate from UC Berkeley.
