• Project managed the design and creation of a new funding stream for UK Trade Associations
• Worked closely with PA Consulting contractors to determine the needs of Trade Associations, and liaised with legal teams, stakeholders, trade development teams and directors to ensure the funding stream is robust.

• Reviewed the current contract management process and provided key reports for senior management to understand the nature of the issue
• Worked with PwC consulting team to review, develop and implement a new contract management and performance function within Central Finance overseeing £300m of contracts
