• Using Performance Management processes to set operators’ objectives, create development plans and manage performance.
• Involved in the daily, monthly and yearly planning of the department using local capacity planning and shop floor control elements of supply chain management using SAP.
• Using daily Plan Do Review process to set objectives and monitor delivery of the production schedule.
• Investigating and documenting GMP and health and safety incidents and implementing countermeasures.
