- Identify quality security personnel candidates through core competencies localized to Amazon CMH Data Centers. Utilizing multiple forms of outreach including resume-tracking, cold-calling, Inter-Con and field sourcing.- Coordinate hired personnel through ATS programs including Pay-Com and Salesforce. Including complete onboarding and off-boarding procedures.
