Responsibilities included global consolidation and reporting of financial results, compiling and reporting global sucralose sales, coordinating and analyzing items related to rebates, marketing assistance, research and development, and intellectual property by partnering with colleagues throughout Tate & Lyle. Managed and developed two direct reports.* Managed and coordinated the annual operating plan and forecasts for the sucralose business.* Analyzed and led multi-plant production and sales modeling by partnering with the Singapore accounting manager, sucralose sales group, tax department, VP of Operations, and other business support services.* Developed and coordinated financial modeling for the 5 year strategy paper.* US finance lead for implementation and testing of global Hyperion consolidation system.
