Managing and coaching Area Managers, Senior Safety Specialists and Sales Specialists (Reps)Motivating employees & driving accountability for the customer service targets and retail standards of Gas & Gear stores.Channel optimisation – ensuring the performance of Agents and Equipment Partners in the Sales Region.Create a professional environment to enhance the customer experience.Motivate employees and driving accountability for achieving Sales Region sales targets.Motivate employees and driving accountability to exceed the inventory targets for Gas & Gear stores.Proactively growing market share across all product groups.Actively collaborating with other departments to achieve business targets.Understanding, monitoring and reporting competitor activity and market trends.The sponsorship and facilitation of the Linde Pro program.

Lead and coach Account Managers and Gas & Gear Managers using Linde Pro methodology and business processes. Comply with BOC Security and Safety Standards.Ensure compliance to all SHEQ processes (e.g. tool box meetings, planned inspections, corrective actions, driver training).Maintain safe working environment and practices.Take accountability for own and fellow employee’s safety. Deliver strong volume, revenue and profitability in the District through business development activity and promotion of the BOC offer. Ensure District team generate leads using a blend of cold calls, trade shows and internal / external sources (Explore).Ensure all Gas & Gear stores in District maintain levels of Dead / Slow / Excess stock within retail standard’s guidelines.Develop high potential employees.

Be a positive interface for BOC to customers.Maintain a clean, tidy and well merchandised selling environment.Displays visible leadership by initiating first contact with the customer. Be available to assist staff with queries identify selling opportunities.Ensure the transaction process for customers is timely, efficient and accurate.Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.Action queries and follow up to ensure resolution.

Responsible for growing the sales of all product lines to segmented customers in their territory. Growing volume through customer acquisition & retention. Pricing & contract management for the managed accounts.
