Financial management for c.$9.0 bln turnover and partner to the State General Manager and State Finance Manager, 37 executives, 40 multi-functional support leaders and 246 store managers and reporting into Head of Finance, Sydney. Key partner to the State General Manager and State Finance Manager on standards management, state strategy, budget and targeted performance, initiative development, competitive analysis and financial stewardship.Coaching and development of senior executive team and store operations on operational efficiencies, through analysis, insight and action. This role is focused on increasing Productivity Capability within Store Operations. This will be done by coaching and training Operations Managers and Group Managers so that they have the skills required to drive effective labour performance in stores. Close support to set up the labour requirements and base rosters for new stores, as well as stores going through renewal. Monitor KPIs relating to labour performance and effectiveness and work closely with stores that are underperforming to bring them back to acceptable levels.

Retail IT system support, I was accountable for the maintenance and repair of retail IT systems from checkouts to back office systems and petrol sites.After 6 months of excelling in the retail IT industry I was given accountability for managing two of the companies major accounts. On top of managing the systems for the major accounts, I also managed sales and customer relations.
