As a Level II Customer Engineer specializing in ATM solutions, I provided advanced technical support and troubleshooting for ATM hardware and software systems. My role involved ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of ATM networks while delivering exceptional service to clients.Key Responsibilities:Technical Support: Deliver expert-level technical assistance to clients and field technicians for ATM hardware and software issues, ensuring swift resolution and minimal downtime.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems, performing on-site and remote support as needed to restore ATM functionality.Installation & Maintenance: Oversee the installation, configuration, and routine maintenance of ATMs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and security protocols.Customer Training: Conduct training sessions for clients and staff on ATM operation, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service requests, resolutions, and technical procedures to improve knowledge sharing and operational efficiency.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer service, to provide feedback on product performance and assist in developing solutions.Field Visits: Perform regular site visits to assess ATM performance, conduct preventive maintenance, and implement upgrades or repairs as necessary.With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and technical excellence, I played a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of ATM systems and enhancing the overall client experience.

Accepted and promptly ran ATM repair service calls from the call center/dispatch within service contract hours (SLA’s). Responsible for running full software diagnostics on troubled and/or out of service ATM's using Windows based programs, OS2, and other ATM proprietary software. Performed 1st and 2nd line mechanical and electronic repairs on numerous ATM models including: Wincor, Diebold, NCR, Triton, Hyosung, Tranax, etc., using a variety of hand tools and/or other ATM diagnostic equipment.  Closely maintained and ordered car stock inventory for various ATM types within the region, while keeping a detailed record of all parts and inventory used.  Utilized a variety of ATM error codes that aided in troubleshooting and repairing problems if the fix was not outwardly apparent.  Utilized all testing equipment such as multi-meters, general and specialized hand tools, software diagnostics, communication break out box, etc.  Regularly performed preventative maintenance on ATM's when applicable and necessary. Worked closely with ATM owners, bank representatives, and sub-contractors to solve and repair customer ATM issues.  Communicated with customers daily in person or via telephone on troubled machines to provide better and continual customer service. Helped provide on-site technical training for newly hired field technicians, and constantly strove to better my own personal training.
