Multi-Family Development and Construction; Senior Project Engineer – Daily/weekly/monthly reporting, manage document controls at construction office, safety support coordination, and assistant project management including design review, project setup, contract review, contract procurement, project inspections, project conflict/resolution, schedule review, project completion and contract closeouts for multi-family apartment complex totaling $40 million in construction costs. The project is infill development on an 11.3 acre site including utilities, paving, structures featuring three- and four-story contemporary buildings with private garages, structured parking, 8,000 square foot clubhouse, and pool. The residential units include 408 luxury one- and two- bedroom urban flats, ranging in size from 650 to 1,450 square feet. I’m engaged in coordinating with the Project Manager, Superintendents, Designers, Development Team, Lease Management Team and Subcontractors/Vendors on a daily basis. Other duties include assisting coordination of work activities daily/weekly/monthly, assisting with project scheduling, project estimating, data/file management, and support for project manager/superintendents.
