I performed administative duties as well as prepared the leads for the marketing department and phone room during the day. I then would transition to the phone room supervisor and managed up to 20 people in the evening. I was responsible for promotions, motivation, meetings, hiring/firing, and profitability of the marketing campaigns and employees.

I would generate leads, interest in the company, and acquire new clients through a number of marketing campaigns and telephone communications.

I would meet with homeowners to assess damages to their homes, determine cost of repairs,and then act as a mediator, with the insurance companies on behalf of the homeowner, to make sure that appropriate coverage was paid out. I would also schedule work to be done and oversee it through completion on multiple homes, throughout each month while generating new business.
