Operations-focused with over 24 years of experience in the development of air carrier and general aviation airports. Currently oversees the Aviation Market’s Regional Delivery Practice, consisting of approximately 90 staff members located across eight states. Responsible for overseeing engineering and construction management operations, heading up business planning efforts, managing staffing needs, reviewing project scoping and proposed fees, providing guidance to project managers, technical and junior staff, coordinating project schedules, tracking project budgets, implementing project specific procedures, and leading up project improvement initiatives. Have forged strong working relationships with several Denver FAA Airport District Office staff. Technical aviation expertise includes airfield and landside infrastructure projects, including runway, taxiway, apron, parking lot and roadway rehabilitation and reconstruction projects, mass fill/grading, and utility infrastructure, among other types of projects.
