Consult with clinicians, ICT engineers, application support specialists and equipment manufacturers to ensure the appropriate designs, plans, and resources are in place to support the delivery of Biomedical Systems reliant upon ICT services for the new Royal Adelaide Hospital (nRAH).Lead and facilitate workshops with relevant ICT sub-streams, Biomedical equipment vendors, ICT subcontractors and partners, Contract Managers, ensuring the successful delivery of systems.Manage external vendors to deliver application system capability as required.Map dependencies within the biomedical equipment integration project to inform resourceplanning, scheduling, delivery and priorities.Work collaboratively with other sub-streams within the overall Central Adelaide Local Health Network, other streams within the overall new RAH program, ICT sub streams and the central EPAS program.Advise on quality and performance management of external service providers, consultants,contractors, vendors and partners.Development and implementation of a model for ICT technologies, architecture andassociated best practice tools, processes, standards and methodologies.
