Management of the Commercial Division Included: Scheduling all project work to be done for any of our current Client accounts. Consult with Salesman on specialty calls with new work sold. Coordinating with clients work to be done making sure crews are set to complete work in allotted time frame. Maintain positive work environment for all crew members encouraging and correcting at the proper times. Oversee Van & Equipment maintenance. Oversee Warehouse Organization. Managing Bank Janitors for 70 Bank locations across Wake County Included: Material deliveries, Covering for cleaners, Inspections, New Cleaner Training, Emergency cleaning needs, & Maintain Account Budget.

Marketed towards Churches and Religious Institutions. Alatheia focused on servicing that market with its unique needs. As Manager of Operations, I was tasked with the Purchasing, Delivery, & Installation Oversight of all of our Flooring Projects.Along with Operations we added Specialty Flooring Maintenance to our product offering in 2011. Seeing the need for more sustainable quality maintenance products. I was trained on sales and installation of Dry Carpet Cleaning System & High Performance Urethane Coating (replacing the need to strip and wax floors annually).

A Season of Growth. Freshly transplanted from Raleigh to Fort Worth my boss made sure I had everything I needed to grow. Taking the position as Apprentice & Crew Leader, I had my work cut out for me. In a company of four Installation Crews and only two other crew leaders speaking decent english. I had to learn what this new job required including learning Spanish on the fly. With wonderful Coaching, Training, & Encouragement from my boss, I grew into the roll of Project Manager. As Project Manager, I was assigned duties of Plant & Material Purchasing for all projects, Troubleshooting Lighting, Irrigation & Drainage Issues, Warranty Plant Replacement, Manage my installation crew, & Aided three other Installation Crews with varying needs. Also I was being trained on Landscape Design and mapped new projects for landscaping.

My time and opportunities here were amazing. I was hired as a crew member and was quickly promoted to Crew Leader. Our company handled accounts throughout Raleigh & Wake Forest. Offering a full line of services to our commercial and residential costumers.

I look back on this Internship with fond memories. The HQ has around 110 mow-able acres. So with a young crew of four guys we had the best time cutting grass from Mon-Fri. non-stop. One of the only times in my career I remember looking forward to Monday.I was involved with Grounds Management, Maintenance of Equipment, Maintenance & Organization of Shop, and other projects and tasks required for our Leadership.
