Worked directly with Product Owners and senior stakeholdes to define and understand the scope of a White Label platform, filtering down requirements to junior PA’s/two scrum teams to deliver a best of class service platform, hosted and managed by Covea that looks, feels and represents a partner brand. Accountable and responsible for the delivery of two product backlogs and upskilling of junior PA’s. • Engaged with Covea senior stakeholders, across both the business & I.T to communicate and gather requirements. • Produced high-level timeline for the White Label workstream which displayed key milestones and target dates. • Managed the expectation of delivery to senior stakeholders by attending the ‘SCRUM of SCRUM’s’ to communicate project updates in Waterfall vs Agile and highlight any dependencies. • Created artefacts such as; Product Vision Board, Product Roadmap and Story Mapping. • Accountable for to production and delivery of two Product Backlogs in JIRA. • Responsible for the upskilling of junior PA’s and quality of User Stories. The Fragrance Shop Mobile App - Delivery Lead Project: Re-platformed existing B2C app to increase subscription from c6000 to 100,000 within 12 months through improved usability, UX and new features. Main Features: Modernised the supporting tech stack, introduced new capabilities around Agile Ways of Working and DevOps. Created "Fragrance Finder" mobile app which matched optimal fragrance for consumers based on a series of questions.
