Coordinate and manage the execution of initiatives designed to improve the overall efficiency, productivity, and performance of employees and the organization through the analysis, definition, planning, and implementation of strategies, processes, and tools. Partner with clients to understand needs and develop solutions in the areas of leadership development, employee engagement, risk management, coaching, change management, employee training/development, and the efficient utilization of human resources in order to promote organization-wide effectiveness and to advance strategic initiatives.
