Responsible for ensuring all timelines are met, my goal was to ensure brilliant development of campaigns that meet objectives for clients, listeners and NOVA Entertainment. - Planned, strategized and developed creative and integrated solutions that met client briefs for NOVA Entertainment ( Nova Nationally, Smoothfm 95.3 & 91.5, StarFM & 5aa )- Developed cross platform solutions that met the clients key business objectives encompassing radio, TV, print, outdoor, augmented reality, digital and social.- Managed the process from inception to execution – this included leading ideas sessions, managing budgets, logistics and developing a holistic response to meet the campaign qualifiers.

- Coordinated Client Solution Briefs as assigned by the Client Solutions Manager with a focus on <$200k briefs. - Worked with the dmg Create team to develop strategic solutions for national clients – including on and off air promotions, multimedia and other below the line concepts. - Responded with written responses before the requested deadline, developing concepts to the proposal stage – meeting client and station objectives and that also reflect both brands. - Ensuring all proposed activity was pencilled into the relevant vehicle or sponsorship calendars. - Co-ordinate, attend and drive creative and idea generating sessions and maintain and accessible list of brainstorming notes.- Kept abreast of relevant legal, insurance and permit requirements, ensuring these were factored in to written client responses. - Actively stayed up to date with new products, sector trends, and demographics and utilised this knowledge in promotional activities. - Worked to build strong relationships with local promotions, programming, Sales Executives, Client Directors and where necessary, clients to ensure successful development of brief responses.

Palmerston North

- Actively promoted and marketed Mediaworks and all seven of Mediaworks Stations broadcasting to the Manawatu area to both clients and each stations appropriate target audiences, these stations included, MORE FM, THE BREEZE, THE ROCK, THE EDGE, SOLID GOLD, RADIO LIVE, MAI FM. - Staffed and managed the Promotions Department ensuring a high standard was maintained at all times. Met regularly with the General Manager and all department heads and kept them well informed.- Assisted the General Manager in the preparation of annual Marketing budgets and ensured that the general budgets and those for each promotional activity were not exceeded. - Prepared for approval by the General Manager an annual listener marketing plan for all stations in the Manawatu area and implemented that plan once approved. - Liaised and consulted closely with the Programme Directors (or their Marketing Managers) for each station of the seven stations I was responsible for, ensuring that each element of the stations promotions were consistent with the brand values and strategic direction of that particular station. - Kept and supplied to the Sales team an accurate and up to date list of all regular programme features and promotions available on all stations for clients, including full details of sponsors credits, prices etc. - Organised and supervised all promotional events scheduled in conjunction with clients advertising and promotional activities. Ensured written promotional post-analysis plus relevant air-checks and photos were completed and provided to clients within one week of the conclusion of each sponsored promotion. - Assisted the Sales team and national sales agency with additional promotional opportunities including written promotional proposals and kept a reference file of all written promotional proposals made by the station.

Palmerston North

- Assisted the Promotions Manager with the implementation of outside broadcasts.- Ensured all material broadcast was kept with the stations stated brand values and target listenership. - Liaised and consult closely with the Promotions Manager to seek out and develop appropriate external sponsorship opportunities to build awareness for The RadioWorks and each individual radio station in the Manawatu portfolio. - Ensured all RadioWorks Manawatu web sites and pages were updated daily with fresh content.- Ensured all local and network sponsorships are up to date with correct sponsor and audio - Kept an up-date archive for all RadioWorks Manawatu brands off all promotional audio and photos for post analysis purposes including promotional trailers, liners and any other audio needed for client air checks. - Kept up to date Links Studio System for More FM and Breeze allocating all prize stock to the correct announcers. Plus write and schedule all liners.- Assisted the Promotion/Marketing Manager with written promotional proposals and post analysis as and when required. - Prepared and performed live-to-air or pre-recorded air-shifts and commercial production shifts and completed commercial voice production as required.
