This enabled a better matching and a reporting of sales attributed to individual sales managers for a better commission model - Designed and build a new database model so that all corporates and sales staff could quickly and easily run analysis for a customer about what savings could be made by changing a corporate mobile phone plan. Prior to this, Telecom used to employ 3 Permanente staff to download and run this what if analysis on request for a corporate customer or account manager. This also enabled this analysis to be run in a more timely fashion. - Designed and build a reporting system to measure delivery times for various call centre from an order being created to being delivered

Responsibilities: • Manage the council comprehensive performance assessment process and lodgement to central government • I was employed to pick up the pieces and project manage and help design a reporting framework for the councils compulsory assessment to central government  Achievements: • Successfully co-ordinated the collection of every single departments strategic objectives, improvement and delivery goals • Successfully managed to get fighting heads of departments to work together • Authored some of the councils missing strategic plans as required for submission in consultation with heads of department • Successfully managed to build a web-site on a CD mapping out the entire council with hyperlinks to all documents in electronic format Reason for leaving:Completed the project that I was employed to do and returned to New Zealand
