As an Army Officer my mission has always been to find better ways to achieve the objectives I've been given. I believe that performance optimization through innovative use of both technology and effective systems enables any team to achieve incredible new heights. However, the key to success in any team is the people that comprise that team.Through the four positions I have served in over my five years of active duty service I have learned how to effectively lead teams ranging from 10-400 people to achieve both team centric and strategic objectives. The most important lesson I've learned to date is that a cohesive, well-informed team can accomplish truly inspiring feats. My passion is building the teams that can achieve these feats.My military background, both at home and in combat environments, has given me the knowledge, skills, and attributes to thrive in complex and chaotic environments. I have honed my ability to remain calm and evaluate the situation and facts in front of me to identify the best possible way forward. Further, I have learned how to quickly adapt and learn new skills to excel in the variety of positions I have been assigned to.
