 Plan, lead and direct site operatives on a day-to-day basis Planning labour resources Coordination, control and monitoring of subcontractors Measurement, scoping and evaluation of installation works Attending various site meetings and building relationships with Clients representatives and other contractors Liaison with Client on planning and progress, including generation of weekly site programmes Reporting on milestones and technical queries that may arise, and where appropriate offer solutions Raise necessary requisitions for the procurement of plant, tools, equipment and materials Ensure compliance with the company and Client health, safety & environmental policies and procedures, incorporating any site specific requirements Direct liaison with project engineers, operations personal and other site contractors to ensure maximum efficiency
