Responsibilities: • Assist with the day to day operation of the Wholesale Seafood department, ensuring stock levels are up to date, freezers and chiller areas are tidy• Ensure that orders are met and dispatched in a timely manner and sales targets are met• Communicate with Factory managers and supervisors for orders to be dispatched and for customers to collect• Coordinate with fishing vessels on product on board, ice and fuel requirements and liaise with Logistic managers for fuel and ice• Develop and maintain successful relationships with wholesale customers to generate ongoing sales, staying in regular contact.• Schedule frozen product from the Freezer department in a timely manner.

Tauranga

• Oversee inventory and product in chiller from unloading of Trucks or Boats to Timely rotation of product in chiller to factory processing requirements• Ensure all factory stations are running with product at all times
