-Oversee Meridian's regulatory security division to include service verticals such as Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS), Maritime Transportation Security Act (MTSA), DOT HAZMAT, PHMSA, ISPS, IMO, ISO and more. -Created and implemented an internal safety tracking system and key performance indicators companywide. - Create and develop custom security solutions for clients and their unique operations... i.e., LNG, Oil/Gas, Chemical, Pipelines, Ports, Offshore, and Maritime. - Oversee Meridian's Emergency Response, Executive Protection, K9, and Off-Duty Law Enforcement Services. - Provide strategic planning to Meridian's physical security division which services Maritime, Critical Infrastructure, and Government Clientele.

Create, plan, and implement regulatory services to include Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS), Maritime Transportation Security Act (MTSA), ISPS, IMO, DOT HAZMAT and additional security and vulnerability assessments for our energy and maritime clients. Assist clientele with security management in the form of physical security services, policy & procedure creation, and quality assurance. Provide strategic planning and execution of Meridian projects domestically and internationally through the use of best management practices, quality personnel, and technology.

Independent Private Military Contractor/ Project Development • Planned and conducted security assessments; Created operational risk management analyses for Meridian Clientele; and Assisted with drafting documentation necessary for bidding on Federal contracts • Developed Quick Reaction Force clients; Rapidly deployed to mission area to bolster security, conduct recover operations• Provided disaster / emergency response missions while working in hazardous, austere conditions • Planned and conducted security assessments; Created operational risk management analyses for Clientele; and Assisted with drafting documentation necessary for bidding on Federal contracts • Responsible for providing armed security to commercial merchant shipping vessels transiting through high-risk areas (Gulf of Aden, East Africa).
