I started my insurance career at Mutual & Federal as a learner where upon successful completion of the learnership programme I obtained NQF Level 4ceertificate and accredited with 150 credits.In a space of 5 years, I managed to gain 2 years’ experience in Personal lines and 3 years in Commercial lines where I accumulated my underwriting knowledge. I was then given an opportunity to become a Service Consultant for a period of a year and six months.I am currently employed at Santam where I was presented with an opportunity of a Service Consultant role from the year 2015 to date. I am currently assisting four relationship managers where I negotiate renewals, escalate amendments, resolve queries and also prepare monthly brokers statistics. I was presented with a platform to individually manage a book as a relationship manager for a period of 6 months.Currently looking for a new and challenging job and extensively interested in the advertised post as I will make best use of existing skills and experience acquired throughout the years while enabling further personal and professional development
