Designed and implemented safety programs / initiatives that reduced Denver Plant's number of OSHA Recordable injuries by 71% between 2001 and 2003.Performed accident investigations to determine root causes and develop corrective actions.Conducted / facilitated safety training for plant employees, including lockout / tag-out, overhead crane, confined space and forklift.
