I am currently responsible for managing the training needs of our clients that use the lettings accounts, property management and marketing modules of our software. the role is varied and involves meeting clients from all grades from Finance Director and MD to administrators and sales agents. I am involved throughout the project phase with a new client often meeting users and business owners for product demos and running UAT processes. The role includes defining training strategy for the department whilst balancing the cost effectiveness of the training team with the effectiveness of the training delivered.The training encompasses classroom style sessions with hands on lessons through to one-to-one coaching in the client's premises.

As a senior trainer I was responsible for delivering training to all levels of staff anywhere in the UK, Ireland and Dubai. The role included meeting clients from all positions and ensuring that effective training was delivered. The role also included liaising with internal staff and managing their own training as well as devising different training strategies to suit job roles.
