• New supplier audit and evaluation, follow up the issues and CAP.• Check materials color swatches with confirmed shoes, monitoring the consistent of sample and production shoe.• Manage the process of mass production, ensure the compliance of progress and process are within brand’s requirement and quality standards.• In-line quality check and inspection by daily, ensure factories are in correct process and environment and report to brand.• Production problem analysis and provide corrective action plan and suggestions to factory. • Join in T4 meeting (full size trial) and provide suggestion based on production quality and process. • Daily report including quality issues, corrective, and preventive actions, PDCA etc) • Monitor the production schedule implement and daily output.• Finished shoes inspections before the shipment (final inspection) and release English final inspection reports. • Summarize the in-line and final inspection status and call the weekly quality meeting with factory team, show the quality problems and monitoring on the improvements.

Responsibilities: 1). Follow up with the develop requirement of client (Original design, Quotation, Sample make).2). Work closely and communicate with client on development, solve all the potential issues.3). Follow up with all production orders. (Order summarizing, confirm delivery date, production progress tracking and management.4). Closely working on production whole process. (Materials confirm, Sample shoe confirm, lab test, in-line and final inspection arrangement with client's QC if needed.)5). Production orders shipping and tracking. (Testing, SO checking, Container allocation, custom documents)6). Handle all shipping documents(PI, P/L, C/O, and etc).7). Payment check with client, follow up with the payment due, arrange shoe factory payment accordingly.8). Tracking on 3rd party lab test (ITS, SGS, BV), communicate with them if any issues.9). Working with the 3rd party inspection team and solve all issues needed.10). Quality claims investigation and follow up, negotiate with factory about CAP or discount of payment.11). Sourcing new factories, find new mold or collection, new materials or workmanship to client, follow up with quotation and production order.12). Handling all other affairs from the GM or client.Main Achievement:1). Served brand and client: BATA, K-MART, NEXT, M&S, WOOLWORTHS, BOBBY JACK (US).2). Expand the development category, provide new collection to BATA. The orders quantity increased to 0.2 M pairs from 40K pairs in half year.3). Expand the EVA Zori and sandals for US brand 'BOBBY JACK', orders quantity increased to 0.25 million pairs from zero pair.4). Expand the EVA injection project model/style over 200%.
