Oversee construction of in-ground swimming pools, including fiberglass shells and custom Gunite poolsManage customer expectations throughout the build process and keep constant communication every step of the wayCoordinate and direct subcontractors for each phase of the build processRead and interpret blueprints for the construction processOperate within the build budget as outlined in the contract and maintain proper profit marginsMaintain an extensive understanding of pool installation processes, including but not limited to excavation, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and equipment requirementsDirect crane operation for fiberglass pool installationsCollect payments from customers per the terms of the contractEstimate, quote, and sell any additional requirements or upgrades for the construction process and the pool itselfWork closely with customers, subcontractors, and internal employees to create a smooth and proper construction environmentQuality control for all aspects of each install from start to finishOrder, schedule, deliver, and inventory equipment and materials for each job as necessaryUpdate internal communication on job status and progress weeklyAttend and participate in weekly construction meetings to review all ongoing Projects

Perform renovations within the home, including but not limited to:Basic to intermediate electrical work (install outlets and switches, light fixtures, diagnose electrical problems, etc), basic to intermediate plumbing work (install sinks, diagnose and repair leaks, set toilets, etc), basic to intermediate carpentry (repair and install joists in walls\ceilings, framing, deck repair\replacement, etc), mold remediation and water damage repair, drywall work (repair, installation, taping, mudding, and painting), tile installation, and more.

Manage employee scheduling, labor hours, hiring, and firingGreet customers, upsell wash packages, quote detail services, and increase revenueMonitor exterior washes through automatic tunnel, and manage interior vehicle cleaningMaintain automatic tunnel equipment (preventative maintenance and diagnostics)Repair and replace any broken or worn equipment in automatic tunnelPromote business through customer relations, up-selling washes, and signing up VIP membersMaintain and order chemicals for tunnel and detail bayManage labor percentage, keeping it as low as possible

Install commercial siding in the form of ACM panelsMake precision cuts on metal support and into ACM panelsRead and interpret blueprints to maintain productive workflowFollow blueprint patterns in order to prepare panels for installationCut, rout, and custom form panels from flat sheetsObserve and monitor installation to detect any imperfections and report for repair

Manage a crew of four to six customer service representatives.Maintain appearance and effectiveness of the entire site.Mastery of chemical and mechanical workings of the tunnel.Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance of equipment in both the Xpress tunnel and the touch free Razor wash.Complete mechanical repairs or replacement of any and all equipment on site.Train CSRs on proper customer interaction, sales, cleaning processes, and maintenance of the site's appearance.Provide assistant managers with comprehensive training on mechanical maintenance and repair, chemical processes, and crew management.Maintain a fair and balanced schedule while working at least 50 hours a week.Manage customer memberships (e.g. Input data, manage cancellations, and provide solutions for any problems that may arise)

Help manage a crew of three to five CSRs.Provide the customer with advanced knowledge of the chemical and mechanical processes of the wash.Complete chemical inventory and maintain order of back-stocked chemicals.Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on the equipment in the tunnel.Provide corporate with initial investigation of potential damage claims (e.g. cut and export video footage, take and upload pictures, etc.)Created a new hire guide for day to day operations from scratch to enhance the training process for new CSRs.

Meet and greet customers at the pay station and assist them with selecting a wash.Inform customers of our membership program and convince them to subscribe.Provide intermediate knowledge of the chemical and mechanical processes in the wash.Prep certain sections of each vehicle before entry to the tunnel to ensure a proper and complete clean.Assist customers with damage claims.Maintain cleanliness of the site for a phenomenal car wash experience

Respond to emergency water losses to remove water and prevent further property damage.Determine source of leak and provide solutions to repair.Demo structure and remove contents that have been significantly damaged and cannot be salvaged.Set and monitor drying equipment to return space to safe and healthy standards.Assess microbial growth and prevent or remove unhealthy substances.Maintain database for equipment and material location and availability.Organize and oversee condition of the warehouse.
