As a casual staff member in the Part II Assistance Center, at the University of Auckland, I provided mentoring to students entering their second year of Electrical, Computer, and Software Engineering.

I developed my teamwork and interpersonal skills through working with a rotating shift of their employees. I additionally gained a lot of customer service experience from managing the bingo patrons. Over the course of this role I developed several software tools that increased my efficiency, allowing me to complete my tasks in half of the expected timeframe.
