From early on, I started developing the vision to disrupt the medtech space, and knew the long winding road would be full of failure and triumph.I spent my first six years in the medical device industry earning my stripes as a high-performing sales rep. For the next six years, I progressed from domestic to global marketing for several leading medical device companies. The more I achieved, the more I saw vast opportunities that were inline with my infinite mindset as an entrepreneur. For the next five years, I played a pivotal role in the leadership and commercialization efforts for four startups; I was now ready to wear the badge of "entrepreneur".I have developed a sense of clarity about the puzzle for early market adoption of new technologies. I am a visionary, a critical thinker, and a good listener that places a strong value on personal connections and positive mental attitude. I am proud of my network comprised of industry thought-leaders and colleagues in Surgery, GI, and Infection Control and bring a collaborative and challenger mindset to every organization I invest my time into. I'm at a new pinnacle in my professional career being the co-founder of a startup that builds startups. We've taken the venture builder model to another level. When I am not thinking about market disruption, I enjoy traveling the globe with my wife, rescuing dogs (primarily Weimaraners), and surprising people with my casual yet highly competitive performance on the tennis court and golf course.
