Managed a Real Estate capital budget of $7M and managed the purchase and delivery of fuel for all vehicles and large on site generators across the province.

Accountable for the Manitoba NOC, Central Office Operations in Winnipeg, Operation of the MTS IPTV Service (Mediaroom IT and Headend), Customer Service Assurance and Workforce Control and scheduling of all Manitoba Field Services Technicians.

Accountable for the end to end operation and support of over 15,000 Servers, IP Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Network Elements and applications required to provide Internet, TV, wireline voice, and wireless voice and data services providing over $1B in revenue. Led a team of over 200 Technicians, IT Network Analysts, System Specialists, Cisco certified Senior Technical Specialists and Managers.Established a new multi-million-dollar Network Operations Centre (NOC) with new processes, tools and training to deliver sustainable change and improvement on how MTS networks were managed and monitored. Created a robust network change control process based on ITIL and eTOM frameworks.

Led over 100 Sales representatives providing sales and service to Manitoba business market including dedicated channel for Enterprise customers. Directly accountable for B2B Sales of over $38M a year as well as responsibility for real estate operations of the 76,000 sq. ft. Center.

Leading a team of Managers and 250 Field Technicians responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of MTS’ portfolio of voice, data, networking and convergence (IP & VDSL) products and services.Developed a comprehensive strategic model for the efficient delivery of MTS TV installations.

Leading a team of Managers and 100+ Line & Cable Technicians accountable for the implementation and maintenance of all Winnipeg outside plant.Completion of the extensive NexGen fibre network build in Winnipeg.

KEY Telecom Services was purchased by ATI/Alta Telecom in February 2003The total management of ATI’s offices in Winnipeg and Toronto. Including all Sales/Business Development, Hiring/Supervision of Employees, Project Management and Operations.Built and maintained TELUS’s fibre outside plant network in Regina and Winnipeg.Secured the contract to maintain TELUS’s POP sites in Regina, Winnipeg, London, Chicago, & Seattle.
