I built a centralized BDC for Star’s four locations and developed the entire marketing program for the dealerships and service center. Within three months, lead opportunities increased 34%, show ratio improved from 29% to 48%. The marketing sales ratio increased from 40% to 62%. I managed the websites, PPC, social media, budgets, designed marketing materials, email blasts, all vendor relations and direct mail.

I also assisted with developing a budget for the store and monitored all activity against that budget throughout the fiscal year. I helped develop initiatives that lowered total store shrink from 4.3% to .97%.

I planned, managed, and resolved processes with regard to the inventory including but not limited to: physical inventory, adjustments, damages, report tracking, cycle counts and systemic inventory accuracy from entry-point of product into the facility until end-of-day is run.
