Experienced Leader who has a twenty five year track record of proven results. In my current role with ASCAP, I am tasked with uncovering new opportunities for revenue while adding value to both company and customer. There is never a typical workday. I summarize my workday and workflow with the understanding that things will come along that need immediate attention. As a person who wears many hats, I have found success by focusing on three core traits. - Listen to the person in front of you or on the phone. Its simple, but goes a longs ways- Provide the person on the other end what will exceed their expectations- Ask for referrals. If you have done the first two, then they will be more than happy to pass your name along to someone they know.Adding value to both customer and company has afforded me the opportunity to work with and meet successful people. I always strive to become better at what I do. Sure I have hit some bumps along the way, but I have found that if I take a look at something with a fresh set of eyes, I can find a new way to execute the new vision and get results. Even if it means I don't get the credit or recognition, I like to be a part of the win.I find that giving all of what you have to offer a job and a company comes with benefits I never would have dreamed. I have always been in the workplace that was receptive to ideas and ways to improve the workflow. I never back away from a fire, I am the first to step forward and see what is needed in order to put the fire out. I look to others in my organization who can teach, coach and motivate.I have worked at large corporations where you are constantly under the microscope, I have worked where there are deadlines for content that is original, unique and offers a different perspective. I have mentored children from the age of 5-18 with the YMCA, I have been a Youth Mentor Volunteer with Youth Villages working one on one with teenagers.
