■ Drafted, reviewed, and revised form lease contracts for both tenants and landlords of several shopping center projects, including the representation of a 300+ store national retailer in connection with store leases nationwide.■ Coordinated and performed title and survey review on behalf of a Fortune 500 client for a project involving the purchase of over 300+ gasoline fuel stations and an oil refinery (over $2 billion dollar transaction).■ Represented real estate developers, sellers, buyers, and lenders in complex real estate acquisition and/or development, including leasing and lending transactions, ranging from $200,000 to over $50 million.■ Assisted public water company in its acquisition of over $27 million of permitted groundwater withdrawal rights, including the negotiating and drafting of water purchase agreements, deeds, bills of sale, assignments of permits, lien subordination documents, and the securing of title insurance.

■ Worked directly with partners and associates to prepare for trial of the Credit Suisse First Boston/Enron cases.■ Researched and aided in preparing documentation for court.■ Served as liaison between lawyers and other units of firm.
