The solution leveraged automated data aggregation, integration, and quality management, as well as predictive analytics, business process optimization, and improved KPI and business planning reporting & visualization.

As Managing Director of StrategyWise Atlanta, I delivered business results to the leadership of organizations through a diverse array of Data Science tools and insights. Clients included Fortune 500 technology companies, nationwide food and beverage brands, and utility & infrastructure companies. Notable engagements included:• The development of a comprehensive metrics framework for a Call Center handling 5 million calls per year which allowed the leadership to more clearly understand how to prioritize and balance the somewhat conflicting goals of maximizing First-call Resolution, minimizing Average Speed of Answer, and optimizing staffing levels and skills training strategy.• The implementation of a comprehensive Data Management and Governance methodology for an $8 Billion national consumer brand.• The creation of a go-to-market strategy for an on demand delivery solution estimated to capture $40-60 million in incremental revenue in its first year.• Design and implementation of a market experiment to deliver a statistically significant analysis of resultant sales lift due to the adoption of a new customer interface process.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, I served as an adviser to the CEO and CFO to provide transformational results across five areas of focus:1) Acquiring and analyzing insights for new product & market opportunities and existing expansions, and communicating those insights to internal leadership and stakeholders.2) Identifying and prioritizing acquisition targets, mapping and communicating the strategic value of the acquisition, and performing due diligence on all acquisition targets including financial and operational analysis, integration strategy and execution, and data systems assessments.3) Defining and refining strategic initiatives for revenue and margin growth, and evaluating them for inclusion in the yearly Strategic Business Plan and creating related tactical action road-maps, and reviewing the progress of all business units against those road-maps on a monthly basis.4) Administering and coordinating the inputs to, usage of, and reporting from the company's business intelligence platforms. This includes business development & sales pipeline tracking, backlog / work-in-progress financials, and business plan financials.

As a Vice President and a business leader with Heery International, an 1,100-person subsidiary of Balfour Beatty plc during my tenure there, I led the development of strategic and tactical plans for both Healthcare business units and the entire company. This included several appointments to initiatives such as the National Healthcare Advisory Board, the National Branding Committee, and leading the Corporate Strategy Development Council (The Hedgehog Council, for fans of the book "Good To Great" by Jim Collins), all reporting directly to Heery's CEO.As Director of Healthcare and a Lead Healthcare Design Architect, I managed the architectural group that focused on health facilities design. I also provided strategic focus to align with Heery's overarching design values, and was responsible for growing and strengthening new and existing client relationships.
