In my current role at Evalueserve, I lead Data Management technical pre-sales solution architecture, including Data Engineering and Data Governance across AWS, Azure, and GCP. I am ultimately responsible for the success of our DE and DG clients from solutioning, through implementation, to ongoing support and maintenance. I work closely with our sales and operations teams to serve as the bridge between client relationship management and our successful delivery management.

Throughout my career at Slalom, I continued to hone my skills in consulting sales, practice leadership, and delivery management. - Established and led the Microsoft Center of Excellence for Cross-Market Information Management & Analytics (IM&A) practice of 70+ consultants to develop delivery capability and sales enablement on the Microsoft Azure data platform, including Data Engineering, Data Governance, Data Visualization, and AI/ML- Technical Pre-Sales Lead for Microsoft IM&A engagements in North America- Program/Project Delivery Lead on numerous $1M+ client engagements

After becoming established in my capabilities at managing consulting delivery, I began my learning journey of consulting operations management through the opportunities presented to me by InsightSPI. By joining a smaller organization, I was able to gain hands-on experience and broaden my understanding of consulting business operations which otherwise would have been siloed by area of responsibility in larger organizations.In this role I was responsible for Solution Architecture, Solution Sales, Delivery Management, Client Relationship Management, and Partner Relationship Management.

As my career began to focus on the Microsoft data platform I had the opportunity to enter client facing consulting by transitioning to Avanade underneath the Accenture umbrella of organizations. It is here that I honed my client facing skills and gained cross-industry implementation experience with the Microsoft data platform.- Program Lead for 3+ year client, overseeing multiple project teams of 22+ consultants distributed across the US, Canada, and India- Solution Owner for Global BI Solutions organization, responsible for architecting go-to-market offerings

I was recruited directly from college into (at the time) Andersen Consulting. My initial role here was not client facing but in a cost center supporting the client facing practices. It is here that I developed the foundations of my focus on Data Engineering and the Microsoft data platform as well as my understanding of the consulting industry.
