I led initiatives across sales, marketing, logistics, operations, and product development.How was I able to do so?Through great financial planning. Drawing from my deep knowledge of accounting, I understand how to track trends and results and I understand the financial implications of everything a company does.Combining this knowledge with expertise in building financial models, I was able to accurately predict outcomes of strategic decisions, and monitor inflection points in the business. This allowed me to help companies prioritize initiatives, increase revenue, decrease costs, win more customers, raise more money and garner higher valuations.This is the exciting part.
