Responsible for the Financial performance and analysis of the business - reporting to the Executives and the Board. Charged with bringing continuous improvement to life within the business while delivering on strategic objectives. - Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan- Analysing financial and operational results in monthly management packs to better understand company performance and report back to the executives. - Work with Business Unit heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts- Preparing business case analysis to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions- Reviewed existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement opportunities.
