Vacuum Technology Inc. (VTI) is a leader in providing calibrated leaks for use in industrial and research applications. As Sales & Technical Director, I assist the customer throughout the life cycle of the product. From conceptualizing the design to implementing the product, I work extensively to identify the correct solution for the industrial vacuum, leak testing, gas handling, and systems integrations requirements of our international customer base. The development of new products and the evolution of current products to meet new applications is a personal priority in achieving customer satisfaction. A cross discipline engineer, I serve as the internal liaison between sales, marketing, production, accounting, and senior management to promote the success of products and services under my management. As a Technical Director, I still have oversight of the calibration laboratory, and enjoy the hands-on experience of working with the technicians and laboratory coordinator to setup and perform tests, implement upgrades to calibrations stands, and oversee the timely fulfillment of orders.Specialties: Metrology, Laboratory Management, Mechanical Design, Technical Sales
