• Current owner and operator of my own design consulting business serving happy clients in both commercial and residential fields. Projects have ranged from luxury office suites, to 40,000 sf manufacturing facilities, to custom homes and additions. • Recently completed construction of 100+ room Hilton hotel as Assistant Job Superintendent (April 2019). Applied adaptive quick thinking and knowledge of design & construction to this hands-on management role. Tasks included directing construction crews, reviewing construction bids & documents, assuring quality control and generating shop drawings.• Developed 3D modeling skills in Revit Architecture to serve as a marketing tool, explore design development options and quickly make revisions with input from allied professions.• Volunteered time and skills to produce design & construction documents for the Portsmouth Museum of Art (currently unbuilt) as well as a design program for expansion of the NH SPCA.

• Regularly met with prospective clients to conceive a design program, produced preliminary drawings & specs for lease and coordinated w sub-contractors for budgetary pricing.• Managed & supervised commercial projects including scheduling, bids, approvals & inspections to achieve end results on time and on budget. • Produced construction documents for commercial tenant spaces 2-20,000sf ranging from high-end offices to industrial manufacturing facilities. Drawing packages included plans, elevations, specifications, details and code review. • Administrated the design, construction and certification of two LEED C&S buildings of 40-75ksf as LEED AP.
