Since 1989 I have been practicing, and now teach, Olympic and Traditional TaeKwonDo under the first-ever US Olympic Coach for TKD. This passion and dedication to self-awareness and improvement carry into all other aspects of my life.I hold an MFA from Columbia University in Theatre, worked at Harvard’s American Repertory Theatre, trained with Yale and the Royal Shakespeare Company at Baliol College in Oxford, and worked in the theatre for years before transitioning to business and technology. In the business and technology world I have always been involved in information and infrastructure security, creating multidisciplinary teams, and developing enterprise-wide programs to align operations, user education, infrastructure security and policies. I own The Mithril Cloud, which is a Technology Managed Services Business which I founded in 2004. When I am not helping businesses transform and grow. I mentor individuals and build fund-raising teams for causes and not-for-profits including Feeding America, St Jude, and LLS among others.
