State and Local Government, worked with the Taxi and Limousine Commission in collaboration with the New York City Council and Mayor's Office on a comprehensive Legal Memorandum and Legislation Recommendation Report focused on "Taxi Accessibility and the Growth of Digital Dispatch and App-Based Transportation Services in New York City" to create a new App-Based Classification and WAV Restrictions for app-based transportation services, such as Uber and Lyft to distinguish them from the already highly regulated Taxicab services and other Black Car classifications.

American Bar Association's Law Student Division, 2nd Circuit, Board of Lieutenant Governors Leadership Council covers all New York City based ABA Accredited Law School's throughout the 2nd Circuit, including but not limited to New York Law School, Columbia University School of Law, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Brooklyn Law School, and Fordham University School of Law, to name a few.Circuit Lt. Governors, Chairs, and Ambassadors are appointed by the Circuit Governors to assist with the management and administration of the circuit. Roles and responsibilities may vary from circuit to circuit, as assigned by the Governor. As 2nd Circuit Lt. Governor of Student Professional for the American Bar Association's Law Student Division Action Group, in cooperation with the Circuit Governor and Executive Lt.
