Key Responsibilities:• Reviews the monthly, quarterly, yearly gross and net returns ensuring that the return are within the expected results for a period;• Ensures that all procedures in the fund administration process are completed and complied with by the Associate Accountant;• Reviews the daily reconciliation and daily reporting work of the Associate Accountants on a timely basis and gives appropriate review notes and comments to facilitate improvement on their work• Reviews the progress of work of the Associate Accountants and provide guidance on the daily work and any issues encountered in the day-to-day transactions;• Provides audit assistance to independent audit firms during the fund’s annual review.

Key Responsibilities:• In-depth knowledge and working experience of the firm’s Global Audit Methodology (GAM), EY Canvas and applicable EY’s audit tools;• Involved in the completion of planning, execution (including substantive testing and test of controls) and conclusion phases of statutory audits, review engagements and of his special nature engagements;• Assisted in the formulation of plans for project teams, including: objectives, timelines, priorities, team member responsibilities, work products, and engagement economics;• Assisted in the identification and resolution of simple to complex issues requiring technical research/special considerations;• Ensured timely completion and submission of key deliverables to the client and internal teams within stringent deadlines;• Conducted detailed financial statement reviews and assisted clients in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with the applicable financial reporting framework;• Assisted in the process of interoffice reviews to EY Cayman Islands for audits of hedge funds and private equity fund;• Maintained good rapport with clients ensuring strong business relationships and with team members through open communication and timely coaching and feedback;
