CurrentResponsibilities:•Presales, Installation, and Post Sales support for Enterprise Networking, Security and Collaboration, IOT, Machine Learning and Automation Projects.•Technical Escalation Lead and mentoring support for Cisco TeamTechnical Highlights:• Lead regional utility company through SDA (Software Defined Access) deployment from presales to project closure. Replaced every switch, router and firewall on the customer’s network using Cisco Software Defined Access and Vmware NSX software defined data center. • Cisco SDA Fabric, Cisco DNA Assurance, Cisco ISE with Tagging, Stealthwatch, Cat 9000 Switches, and VmWare NSX.• Co-Lead a Team for a State Government overhaul project:• Cisco DNA Software Defined Access Fabric on top of 300+ Cat 9000 switches freshly deployed as part of the project. Used Cisco DNA Plug and Play Automation, every switch was deployed without a console configuration.• DNA Python Scripting – Wrote CLI scripts to support our teams needs using exposed and undocumented APIs. Open sourced @ https://github.com/jasonbarbee/dnac-bulk.• Cisco Security Suite – Cisco ISE and Stealthwatch.• Cisco Collaboration – o Approximately 10,000 IP Phones spread over multiple CUCM Clusters: SME, Prod, and Test. All call media encrypted.o CUCM, Unity, UCCX, CER, all logins integrated with SSO platform, LDAP integration.• Working on Viptella / Cisco SDWAN Customers.•Currently developing a proof of concept for a Cisco Kinetic IoT involving Tensorflow and Machine Learning using edge video computing.Collaboration Highlights:• Presented at local Regional IT Conference “Ten 65” on “Securing the Access Layer” – Targeting IoT and Access Layer weakness, with software defined access being a solution.
