Lighthouse Studios is a 2D animation studio which create story driven entertainment for both adults and kids, the studio both develops it's own IP and works with partners such as Amzon, Netflix and Warner Bros.My role was to provide HR administrative support to the overall HR operations, responsible for the day to day administration of the HR system, work on the recruitment strategies for open roles and complete administration on foreign worker documentation including visas and work permits

Insight HR offers expert advice and support for businesses requiring HR services such as: guidance on employment law compliance, recruitment, best practices for disciplinary procedures and workplace investigations.My role was to develop contracts of employment and employee handbooks, carry out recruitment projects involving filtering CV’s, screen calling, arranging interviews, checking references and also supporting colleagues in the performance of workplace investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and appeal hearings.
